Glee’s post-Super Bowl episode promises to be a big one. The budget for the episode has surpassed that of the Madonna tribute, which has been up until now the most expensive production on the show. Chris Colfer, the young actor playing Kurt on Glee has already stated that there were no fatalities out of the episode because it was insane. He even commented that there were two ambulances on stand by, which is two more then they usually have.
Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ and Katy Perry’s ‘California Gurls’ are among the songs featured during the episode and both feature intricate pyrotechnics, hence the ambulances. And here is your spoiler alert so turn away if you don’t want to hear more. Coach Sue played by Jane Lynch will have an ultimatum backfire on her during the episode. She reveals that her Cheerios leave Coach Sue for the Glee Club.
This backfire leads to why Sue gets interviewed by Katie Couric. This will all lead to Sue joining New Directions in an upcoming episode where she will partake in a dance number set to My Chemical Romance song. Whether Sue joins New Directions for real remains to be seen. Are you excited for Glee’s Super Bowl episode?
